• Guy Seaton has been named CFO of EndoGastric Solutions (Redmond, Washington). Also, Larry Fulton was appointed senior director of U.S. sales. Seaton previously worked with InControl, SonoSite and Corus Pharma, taking them from venture-stage companies to the next level in the development process. Fulton previously worked at Inamed Health/BioEnterics. EndoGastric Solutions specializes in endoluminal intragastric surgery.

• Ronald Hubbard has joined Nationwide Health Properties (Newport Beach, California) as VP of capital markets and investor relations. Hubbard previously spent 12 years with Pacific Life Insurance in the real estate finance group. Nationwide is a real estate investment trust.
