(NASDAQ:LTIZ), a Menlo Park, Calif., developerand marketer of liposome-based pharmaceutical products.Ksionski, former vice president and medical director of VestarInc., will direct clinical development and registration of allLTI products.

Forrest H. Fuller, Ph.D., former senior scientist at CaliforniaBiotechnology Inc., has been named director of molecularbiology for Natural Product Sciences Inc., a Salt Lake Citydeveloper of pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and researchproducts based on naturally occurring compounds. Fuller willdirect all NPS molecular biology programs, including thedevelopment of an environmentally favorable biopesticide.

William R. Miller, former vice chairman of the board and adirector at Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., has been elected to theboard of directors of Enzytech Inc., a Cambridge, Mass.,developer of delivery systems for therapeutic proteins andpeptides.
