San Diego-based Resmed Inc. has agreed to buy Propeller Health, a digital therapeutics company that offers connected health solutions for people living with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma. Resmed will acquire Propeller, of Madison, Wisc., for $225 million and fund the buy primarily with its credit facility.

HAMBURG, Germany – Israeli startup company Clew Medical Ltd. has taken another step towards its goal of marketing its big-data predictive clinical analytics platform in the U.S. by agreeing to a partnership with the University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center to study the platform in a live real-time advanced clinical trial.
