HAMBURG, Germany – Shares of German health care group Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA plunged Dec. 7 on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange after the company issued a profit warning, saying that it expects stagnant profits in 2019 and believes its group profit targets for 2020 will not be met.
