HONG KONG – The health care industry in China could go through a period of flux over the next year as it responds to widespread changes to the country's economy.

A high-level trade meeting between the U.S. and China has placed the spotlight on increasing market access for medical devices while also putting a heavy emphasis on intellectual property rights issues.
