China’s National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) has granted clinical trial clearance to SYH-2095 tablets, a novel lysine acetyltransferase 6 (KAT6) inhibitor codeveloped by CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Ltd. and Hangzhou Innogate Pharma Co. Ltd. for the treatment of advanced malignant tumors. SYH-2095 received IND clearance in the U.S. last month.

CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Ltd.’s SYS-6051 has gained clinical trial clearance from China’s National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for advanced solid tumors. SYS-6051 is a human tissue factor-targeted antibody-drug conjugate that binds to tissue factor expressed on the surface of tumor cells.

CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Ltd. has obtained approval from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in China to conduct clinical trials of SYH-2072 (tablets), a highly selective and potent aldosterone synthase inhibitor. It is being investigated as a potential treatment for uncontrolled hypertension and primary aldosteronism.

CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Ltd. has obtained IND clearance from the FDA to conduct clinical trials in the U.S. with SYH-2069 for weight management in individuals with obesity or overweight and at least one weight-related comorbidity.
