Researchers from Eli Lilly & Co. presented the discovery and preclinical characterization of a novel protein tyrosine kinase 7 (PTK7)-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), LY-4175408, being developed for the treatment of cancer.
Day One Biopharmaceuticals Inc. has entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Mabcare Therapeutics for MTX-13, a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting protein-tyrosine kinase 7 (PTK7). Under the agreement, Day One has exclusive rights to develop, manufacture and commercialize MTX-13 (now DAY-301), worldwide, excluding Greater China.
Protein tyrosine kinase 7 (PTK7) is a pseudo tyrosine kinase overexpressed in many cancer types such as ovarian, triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), non-small-cell lung cancer, small-cell lung cancer and bladder cancer, but limited expression in normal tissues.
