Nearly 50 bills dealing with some aspect of taming drug prices have been introduced so far this year in the U.S. Senate or House, but the six bills slated for markup Wednesday in the House Energy and Commerce Committee are likely to be the first of the lot to come up for a floor vote in either chamber.
