Apellis Pharmaceuticals Inc., of Crestwood, Ky., said it priced its IPO of 10.7 million shares of common stock at $14 per share for total gross proceeds of approximately $150 million. In addition, the company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.6 million additional shares of common stock at the public offering price.
