Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp., of New York, closed its previously announced underwritten public offering of 9.5 million units, consisting of 9.5 million shares of common stock and warrants to purchase 4.75 million shares of common stock, at an offering price of 55 cents per unit.
