Intec Pharma Ltd., of Jerusalem, said the underwriters of its previously announced IPO in the U.S. have exercised in part their overallotment option and purchased an additional 638,750 ordinary shares at the IPO price of $6 per ordinary share resulting in additional gross proceeds to the company of approximately $3.8 million.
