Horizon Pharma plc, of Dublin, reported third-quarter 2016 net sales, which included a $65 million litigation settlement with Express Scripts as a one-time reduction, were $208.7 million, a decrease of 8 percent compared to the third quarter of 2015, primarily attributable to the settlement.
