Sanomedics International Holdings (Miami) reported that the company has signed a comprehensive distribution agreement with Watermark Medical. The company will immediately provide Sanomedics access to their expanding global distribution network.

“There are multiple markets and channels for collaboration between Watermark Medical and Sanomedics,“ said Charlie Alvarez, co-founder and president of Watermark Medical. “Initially, distribution of Sanomedics' products and services will be our primary focus. Both companies are looking forward to the numerous additional opportunities we will be mutually exploring.“

Watermark Medical is best known for the development and distribution of diagnostic products and services in the sleep apnea space. With the addition of Sanomedics' products, the company will build global sales and distribution channels for a wider variety of medical devices and services.

“Our agreement with Watermark Medical is anticipated to have an immediate and significant impact on our sales expansion efforts,“ added Keith Houlihan, president of Sanomedics. “Charlie and his team are providing us with multiple ready-made relationships and channels of distribution. We are excited to ramp our production to meet the numerous opportunities which Watermark Medical has already presented.“

Although a multi-year contract, specific terms of the agreement will not be disclosed at the current time, but may be disclosed in-part as required by future regulatory filings.
