Stevens' background includes leadership positions at architectural and engineering design firm HNTB and at Fidelity Investments. Amerinet said it partners with healthcare providers to improve operating margins by creating efficiencies, reducing costs and identifying new revenue streams.

Bobbie Morton was named VP of information technology for the Beryl Companies (Dallas). Previously, Morton was information technology director for the Fort Worth Transportation Authority. Beryl is a healthcare-exclusive call center.

Peter Hutt has been elected a director of Celera (Alameda, California). Hutt is a senior counsel in the Washington law firm of Covington & Burling, specializing in food and drug law. Celera is a healthcare business specializing in disease management.
