HVHC (Pittsburgh) reported a leadership change at Davis Vision (Plainview, New York), saying that Steve Holden has been named president by the Davis Vision board, succeeding Joseph Carlomusto who retired from that position. Holden is past president and a founding board member of the National Association of Vision Care Plans and is former president of Cole Managed Vision before its sale to Luxottica. HVHC is the parent company of Davis Vision, a managed vision care organization.

Tiffany Olson has been named to the board of ThermoGenesis (Rancho Cordova, California). Olson previously was president/CEO of Roche Diagnostics, North America. ThermoGenesis makes products for processing and storing adult stem cells.

Tiffany Karp has been named VP of business development & strategy at Scientific Intake (Atlanta). Karp previously was VP of corporate strategy and finance at ACell, Scientific Intake makes technologies used to treat excess weight.
