Life Recovery Systems HD (Waldwick, New Jersey), a maker of products for the emergency medical care market, has moved to a larger space in the Hopper Technology Center, 150 Hopper Avenue, Waldwick. The company had been headquartered in Kinnelon, New Jersey.

Life Recovery Systems makes the ThermoSuit System, a noninvasive hypothermia device, which reduces core body temperature in a patient to between 33 centigrade and 37 centigrade in a matter of minutes. The system continuously pumps a thin film of ice water around the patient's body until the temperature reaches a preset level. This unique technology cools patients at a rate of one degree centigrade for every seven minutes of treatment.
