• Michele Toby was named regional sales manager for the Southeast U.S. region of Aspyra (Calabasas, California). Most recently, Toby was regional sales manager at Amicas. Aspyra makes clinical and diagnostic information products.

• Clarient (Aliso Viejo, California) said that senior VP/CFO Jim Agnello, will step down from that position. Agnello is expected to continue to serve as CFO until his successor is appointed and to remain with the company as an employee or consultant for a transitional period thereafter. Clarient is an anatomic pathology and molecular testing service resource for pathologists, oncologists and the pharmaceutical industry.

• Trish Malone has been named director of financial programs at Toshiba America Medical Systems (Tustin, California). Previously, she was senior program manager of CoActiv Capital Partners. Toshiba America Medical Systems makes diagnostic imaging systems.

• Gregory Porter was named senior VP and general counsel for Welch Allyn (Skaneateles Falls, New York). Most recently, Porter was co-founder, CEO and vice chairman of Verispan. Welch Allyn makes diagnostic equipment and digital and connected solutions.
