• Andy Davis was named senior VP of sales and marketing at Advantica EyeCare (Clearwater, Florida). Most recently, Davis was an account executive at Aetna. Advantica EyeCare is a vision care plan provider to employer groups and health plan organizations.

• Bert Marshall was named president of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (Tulsa). Marshall joined the organization in 1996, most recently serving as VP of external operations. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma is a division of Health Care Service Corp., an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.

• Dan Doman has been promoted to president of IntegraMed America's (Purchase, New York) Vein Clinics of America (VCA) division. Doman replaces Kush Agarwal, who has retired as president but will continue to serve as a member of the company's board of directors. Doman has been CFO of VCA since April 2006. IntegraMed America operates fertility centers and vein clinics in the U.S.

• Dara Lynn Horner has retired as VP-marketing of Rochester Medical (Stewartville, Minnesota). Horner joined the company in 1998 and was VP of marketing since 1999. Horner will stay with the company as marketing advisor until Feb. 1, 2009. Rochester Medical makes disposable medical catheters and devices for urological and continence care applications.
