Jennings most recently served at SHPS and Matria Healthcare. etrials Worldwide makes eClinical software and services to pharma, biotech, medical device and contract research organizations.

• Parexel International (Boston) has named Barbara Tardiff, MD, to the newly created position of corporate VP of data sciences. Tardiff joins the organization after two and a half years with Merck & Co. where she was executive director of research information services. Parexel is a biopharmaceutical services organization.

• Jeff Howorth was named VP, strategic business group of Toshiba America Medical Systems (Tustin, California). Most recently, Howorth served as zone VP, strategic business for Philips Medical Systems. Toshiba America makes diagnostic imaging systems.
