Procrastinator alert: We’re down to the wire for registration for a Medical Device Daily-sponsored interactive audio conference on “The Climate for Investing in Med-Tech — What You Need to Know.”

The program, sponsored by MDD and Thompson Interactive, will be held Tuesday, running from 1 to 2:30 p.m. It will feature presentations by two speakers and ample time for audience Q&A.

Luke Sarsfield, a vice president in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs & Co. (New York), will discuss IPO and M&A activity in the sector, while Larry Haimovitch, president of Haimovitch Medical Technology Consultants (Mill Valley, California), will provide an overview on early- and development-stage firms.
