Centocor Inc. announced that according to a preliminary report from itstransfer agent, it has acquired more than 90 percent of the outstandingunits of its funding vehicle, Tocor II. The Malvern, Pa., company firstannounced its intention to acquire all 2.25 million outstanding Tocor IIunits in December. The units were acquired in exchange for 3.2 shares ofCentocor common stock (NASDAQ:CNTO). The company has issued approximately6.7 million shares in reacquiring the Tocor II (NASDAQ:TOCRZ) shares.Centocor's stock closed Tuesday at $12 a share, up 63 cents.031694Centocor
