Radnet Inc. acquired Gleamer SAS for up to €230 million (US$267 million) as it continues to expand its position across imaging and acute diagnostic care, while accelerating its move toward AI-powered automated diagnostics. Gleamer will be integrated into Radnet’s subsidiary, Deephealth Inc., strengthening its imaging portfolio, and positioning the company as the world’s largest provider of radiology clinical AI solutions.

GE Healthcare Technologies Inc. agreed to purchase medical imaging company Intelerad Medical Systems Inc. for $2.3 billion in cash, boosting its capabilities in cardiology and radiology. The deal, expected to close in the first half of 2026, advances GE Healthcare's dual strategies of expanding from primarily inpatient products to outpatient and ambulatory care settings and tripling its cloud-enabled products by 2028.

Deephealth Inc., a subsidiary of Radnet Inc., completed the acquisition of breast health solutions company Icad Inc. in a $110 million all-stock transaction.
