European IPO Window Creaks Open; Movetis Brings in €85M

Shares in Movetis NV edged up slightly on their first day of trading on the NYSE Euronext Exchange in Brussels Friday, following an IPO that raised gross proceeds of €85 million (US$126 million). The company priced the offering of 6,938,776 new shares at €12.25, slightly below the mid-point of the indicative range of €11.25 to €14.25 it published at the outset of the book-building period.
