NEW DELHI – India’s business environment will remain highly challenging for innovative pharmaceutical firms, according to BMI Research. The report comes on the heels of the February U.S. Chamber International IP Index, which ranks India very low in intellectual property (IP) – 43rd among 45 countries that represent 90 percent of the global GDP.
