Enteromedics Inc. has acquired obesity treatment specialist Bariosurg Inc. Lake Forest, Calif.-based Bariosurg is developing the Gastric Vest, an investigational, minimally invasive, laparoscopically implanted device being studied for weight loss in morbidly obese patients.
