While lawmakers and the administration have spent a lot of time over the past few years complaining about the pain of high drug prices in the U.S., those prices are just one symptom of what ails the nation's health care system, members of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee were told Wednesday.
