The one-of-a-kind lawsuit filed last Wednesday against the FDA by Toronto-based Apotex Inc. (joined by the company's U.S. arm, Apotex Corp.) probably will be resolved quickly, said Kurt Karst, director at Hyman, Phelps & McNamara in Washington.
