LONDON – After plateauing in February and early March, the number of new Ebola cases is falling again, decreasing the likelihood of getting meaningful results from ongoing phase III vaccines trials in affected countries, according to the latest assessment by World Health Organization (WHO) Assistant Director General Bruce Aylward.
