• Boston Scientific (Natick, Massachusetts) has elected Katharine Bartlett and Bruce Byrnes as directors. Bartlett is the A. Kenneth Pye Professor of Law at the Duke University School of Law, where she served as Dean from 2000-2007. Byrnes is a retired vice chairman of the board for Procter and Gamble. Boston Scientific makes interventional medicine products.

• Joseph Zack was named senior VP of diagnostics for Metabolon (Research Triangle Park, North Carolina). Previously, Zack was executive VP, marketing and sales for Orasure Technologies. Metabolon is a diagnostics and services company.

• John Bridge was named CEO of Teratech (Burlington, Massachusetts). Previoulsy, Bridge was a managing director and partner of Boston Post Partners. Teratech is a diagnostic ultrasound technology company.
