• Randal Clarke has been named vice president of sales for the Western region for Custom Spine (Parsippany, New Jersey). Clarke's career began as a sales representative for Zimmer, which was followed by a sales career at Linvatec. He then started Advanced Orthopedic Systems, a distribution company for orthopedic. Clarke also held management positions at two companies in the emerging technology field, Osteobiologics and ConforMIS, where he was part of the strategic launch of new product lines for both companies. Custom Spine, Inc. is creating the next generation of surgeon-friendly spinal implants and instruments.
