Previously, Goldstein was president/COO of Molina Healthcare. In addition, the company reported that Kevin Hutchinson has been appointed to the BridgeGate Healthcare board of advisors. Hutchinson is the current CEO of Prematics and the Founder of SureScripts. BridgeGate is a healthcare information company.

• Kim Levy was promoted to senior VP of MicroMass Communications (Cary, North Carolina). Levy has been responsible for medical marketing, promotion, managed care and CME. MicroMass is a relationship marketing agency.

• Michael DeMane was named a senior advisor for Thomas, McNerney & Partners (Minneapolis). Most recently DeMane was COO of Medtronic. Thomas, McNerney & Partners is a health care venture capital firm with approximately $600 million under management focused on investing in life science and medical technology companies at all stages of development.
