David Vineyard has been promoted to chief technology officer at SecureCare Technologies (Austin, Texas), a healthcare information technology company. Vinyard previously was development director and lead systems engineer for SecureCare. Before joining the company in 2007, he was a software engineer for more than 20 years. He will guide SecureCare in identifying new opportunities to leverage the company's development capabilities and expand its technology services as its flagship product, Sfax, continues to evolve.

Eva Nilsag rd has been named as the new head of Vitrolife's (Gothenburg, Sweden) accounting and finance department and investor relations. Nilsag rd is presently head of business support for Region Europe, including business control, IT/IS, quality and environmental issues at Volvo Penta, and will start at Vitrolife next March. Vitrolife makes products for the preparation, cultivation and storage of human cells, tissue and organs.
