• Don Therriault was named leader of technology and product development for Compac (Hackettstown, New Jersey). He previously was R&D manager for Saint Gobain in its performance plastics division. Compac provides custom solutions in coating, laminating and converting flexible substrates.

• Travis Lee was named VP of global marketing for Cynosure (Westford, Massachusetts). Lee previously was the global director of marketing for the endoscopy division at Smith & Nephew. Cynosure makes light-based aesthetic treatment systems.

• Kevin Hykes was named chief commercial officer of Visiogen (Irvine, California). Hykes previously was with Medtronic's cardiac rhythm management division. Visiogen makes products for cataract and refractive patients.
