• Luke Huang has been appointed president of Radlink (Redondo Beach, California). Richard Gerlach, who founded the company and most recently served as president will assume the title of founder and distinguished scientist and will remain on the board of directors. Previously, Huang has worked and consulted on a variety of innovative medical and non-medical products for a wide range of Fortune 500 and Global 500 companies. Radlink is a supplier of medical imaging systems.
  • Luc Morisset has been appointed director of regulatory affairs for Stentys (Paris). Previously, Morisset was director of regulatory affairs for MedPass International. Stentys is developing a second-generation dedicated drug-eluting stent for treatment of blocked coronary artery bifurcations.
  • Richard Riney has been named chief administrative officer for Ventas (Louisville, Kentucky) Riney will retain his existing titles of executive VP and general counsel. In addition, Ventas announced the following promotions, also effective immediately: Brian Wood was promoted to senior VP, tax — from VP, tax. Timothy Doman was promoted to senior VP, asset management — from VP, asset management. Kristen Benson was promoted to VP. Benson was senior securities counsel. Ventas is a healthcare real estate investment trust.
  • Fritz Allison has been named CFO of Zynex Medical Holdings (Littleton, Colorado). Prior to joining Zynex, Allison served as a financial consultant for MSS Technologies. Zynex makes electrotherapy devices.
