• Jason Hannon has been named to the newly created position of vice president of legal affairs forNuVasive(San Diego). Hannon will also serve as the secretary to the board of directors and as a member of the executive management committee. Prior to NuVasive, Hannon was employed by Heller Ehrman, a San Francisco-based law firm. NuVasive develops products for minimally disruptive surgical treatments for the spine.• Power3 Medical Products(The Woodlands, Texas) appointed John Burton as chief accounting officer and controller, following the departure of CFO Michael Rosinski, who resigned to pursue other business opportunities. Previously, Burton served as CFO of Affiniscape, a web site developer. Power3 Medical is a proteomics company engaged in the discovery of protein footprints, pathways and mechanisms of diseases.• C. Douglas Hanson resigned as vice president and CFO ofWindrose Medical Properties Trust(Indianapolis). Hanson will continue his duties until June 30. Fred Farrar, president and chief operating officer, will serve as the interim CFO. Windrose is a self-managed specialty medical properties real estate investment trust with offices in Nashville, Tennessee.
