Ltd. and Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group have disclosed proteolysis targeting chimeras (PROTACs) comprising an E3 ubiquitin ligase-binding moiety coupled to a polycomb protein EED-targeting moiety through linkers; they are reported to be useful for the treatment of cancer.
