Ltd. has identified proteolysis targeting chimera (PROTAC) compounds comprising an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase-binding moiety covalently bonded to a Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK)-targeting moiety through a linker. They are reported to be useful for the treatment of cancer and autoimmune diseases.
