The University of Edinburgh has disclosed new benzoxazol mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR; FRAP1) inhibitors potentially useful for the treatment of cancer, autoimmune, metabolic diseases, fibrosis, parasitic infections, genetic, inflammatory and neurological disorders.
