Rapport adds $150M in series B to accelerate push into precision neuromedicine

Rapport Therapeutics Inc. raised $150 million in a series B round, less than six months after unveiling its $100 million series A investment. It’s further evidence that its distinctive precision neuromedicine approach has gained traction with some deep-pocketed investors and adds further momentum both to its clinical development and its discovery research efforts.

Brainaurora Medical Technology Ltd. has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong to develop its digital therapeutics for the treatment of cognitive impairment diseases. The company claims to be the first in China to launch a digital therapeutics (DTx) product for cognitive impairment, as well as the largest company in China in terms of revenue from the commercialization of cognitive impairment DTx products in 2022.

Jyong Biotech Ltd. filed for an IPO that could raise as much as $40 million to advance a pipeline that includes several prospects for urinary system disorders, including one that has reached the NDA stage in the U.S. Based in New Taipei City, Taiwan, Jyong was founded in 2002. The lead compound is MCS-2 for benign prostatic hyperplasia with lower urinary tract symptoms.
