Ltd. and Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology have disclosed ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase 2 (ENPP2; autotaxin) inhibitors reported to be useful for the treatment of hepatic steatosis, hepatic fibrosis, cirrhosis, liver failure, hepatitis and liver cancer, among others.
