Branded Baxfendy, the drug is a first-in-class aldosterone synthase inhibitor, though it could be joined soon by potential competitor Mineralys Therapeutics Inc., which has a December 2026 PDUFA date for its aldosterone synthase inhibitor, lorundrostat.
