US-based Ingenia plans $42M Kosdaq IPO for TIE2 pipeline

Ingenia Therapeutics Co. Ltd. is seeking a $42 million IPO on the Korea Exchange this month, with proceeds to fund an antibody pipeline that includes a TIE2/VEGF bispecific compound licensed by Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC. Watertown, Mass.-based Ingenia solidified the plans for its Kosdaq debut by pricing 5 million shares at about $8.40 (₩12,000) per share on July 28.
