Reciprocal tariffs introduced by the U.S. government created an uncertain macroeconomic environment, curtailing dealmaking and slowing financing activity. Nevertheless, amid uncertainty, there were some bright spots as medical devices remain essential, and investors know how to navigate market cycles.
