Shares in AB Science-Promesses SA edged slightly upward during their first day of trading on Compartment B of the NYSE Euronext Exchange in Paris Monday, closing at €12.68 (US$16.84), just above the initial public offering price of €12.65 per share. The transaction yielded total proceeds of €27.5 million, €16.5 million of which is available to the company. The rest goes to selling shareholders. (BioWorld International)
